Please help; looking for a hunted fmc where the bad guy actually gets hold of her!

I'm looking for your favourite reads where fmc is being hunted by someone in their past (or someone new tbf) who will hurt them.

I'd love the mmcs to be protecting her, ideally they're a gang, bikers anything like that but not essential. They don't have to have known her before and can be new to her (like in WITSEC).

But, I've just read 4 books in a series based on this plot and got to the end feeling really let down that the bad guy never actually got close to fmc or ever had her. I want her kidnapped and hurt, and mmcs have to put her back together.

My absolute favourite of this is {82nd Street vandals by Heather long} fmc is taken and raped again, we see her deal with flashbacks, having to relearn to enjoy certain sexual things, she has to be treated for an std, there's a big focus on mmcs helping her heal over time.

Basically, I love a proper broken bird fmc with damage.

Some I've enjoyed; obviously the vandals, Witsec, and I've just finished {academy of stardom by bea paige} which I enjoyed overall but wished the bad guy was actually present, ya know. This series prompted this post.

I loved {sabre security by j rose} too.

Open to fantasy, contemporary, OV. I like MM if it's there. Thank you!
