Spinal fusion

Hi,

I had a spinal fusion on 3 different areas. I have to cages two rods etc. I continue to do my exercises and have a very numb back as well as my hips. Now it's been 5 months but am experiencing sharp pain on my right side front and back of my right side ribs. Any feedback?
