Could it be due to memo? I filed with a derivative but received notification and deduction for mine only.

I filed together with my spouse by mail and was received on May 12. But so far only mine has been deducted. I’ve also received text and email notification for mine only. I’m still yet to get notification letter.

I’m wondering if this is normal or is probably as a result of recent memo?

Does this happen often?
