Link to Ballard is NOT Dead

Let me acutely clear up some misinformation....

#1. Link to Ballard and the Heidi Wills Station is NOT Dead. It's still in full design.

#2. It's still very possible to have a ST4 for, of and by SEATTLE AND SEATTLE RESIDENTS ONLY.

#3. There are other options to get Ballard built still left, like 75-year bonds.

So anybody telling you Ballard Link is dead is full of it.
