Parties at work

How do you guys feel about parties at work? My club is less than a year old & it does really well mostly. But now every weekend or several days in the week there are events. Like hosting a lot of local and international artists or themed events that require new outfits every time. And it is exhausting honestly. The patrons it attracts are mostly younger or people coming to party rather than spend. It's honestly so annoying. The club are always packed on these nights and it's impossible to move around and hustle freely. If you don't have your regulars or get lucky, you are fucked. I've stopped going on these weekends because the crowds drain me and the thought of making little to no money makes me want to scream. There's one tonight and im thinking if i should go or not.

Does this happen at any other clubs? And what do you all do?
