Thinking about a Masters Program. Thoughts/Experiences welcome.

Hello all! Recently i've been thinking a lot about continuing education from my BS in Chemistry (business) to continue my education under a masters program. I graduated in may of 2024 and landed a pretty nice Analytical position almost right away, but I'm curious of the expansion of opportunity and prospect of a higher earnings potential as well and wanting to specialize my understanding in Chemistry. To anyone who was in a similar position i'd greatly appreciate hearing your experience with the matter. Thank you!
