Dog areas

Any recommendations for fenced dog areas? I have 2 high energy dogs that I want to wear out but I can't let them off leash without a parameter as their recall isn't great and I don't want them to disappear for hours.

If there is a swim area that would be a plus as I want to introduce them to water safely.

Or are only the dog parks that have these?
