It's been like 6 days they "sent" the payment but nothing is received!!

Hi I am absolutely panicking. I paid my credit card with neobanc a small amount and it took like 3 days... I tdied a bigger amount for the exact same card and it's just not moving! They just took my money and run is it normal? 6 days seems very big.

They said they sent the money 3 days ago .... And my bank is not receiving the payment..HELP
