Job Advice - Insurance

Hey everyone,

I was hoping I could get some quick advice on the education front.

So I currently work for a Regional MGA as an "underwriting assistant" but I want to move to some of the big guys like RT, Gallagher, ETC.

Well the current highest education I have is associates degree, im thinking of getting a BS in accounting at WGU. Which is one of those online schools, accredited though.

Was wondering if anyone else has a degree from there that can let me know how that degree looks to carriers/MGA's.

I know it seems like one of those "if you have to ask" moments but money is tight and this is the cheapest way of getting a BS.
