Chess and OCD

I lose some of my games purely due to my OCD. I have an OCD about whether Chrome is using battery on my MacBook during the game. When it uses, especially during engine reviews after the game, it causes the device to become noticably hot, so I fear that such heat might do harm to my device in the long run. That's why I constantly check out if the browser is using energy significantly at that moment or not, so I simply cannot focus on the game during much of its duration. That's why I sometimes play like a ghost and lose, not necessarily because my opponent has played extremely well. I cannot convince my brain that such battery usage is not a big deal, as with each symptom of OCD, so my mind always wants to check out that battery usage.
