Is my prayer valid?

I was supposed to perform sajdah sahu, and at the end, I doubted whether I had given two salams before sajdah sahu. Then, I seemed to remember that I had given two salams, and everything was fine. This memory was so fresh that I considered it to be true. But after leaving the prayer, I began to seriously doubt my memories and thought they were from a completely different prayer. So, I immediately began doing two prostrations of sajdah sahu. Should I reread the prayer if I am 50% sure that these memories are not false and from this prayer?
