[discussion] What is the state of the enclave prices and the mod box system?

I have not played since 2024, and the ability to make your own weapons god roll with the box mod systems is on my mind since (I don't know too much). I love this game, but I left it all behind due to no cross-save and got tired of paying just to play on PS5. I want to try and get into it again on PC. I enjoyed it with a total of 2k hours under my belt but kind of feel defeated with the way they manage this game and no cross-save with all my god rolls and legacy items stuck on PS5. I remember having an enclave worth a lot, and the grind to get them was terrible but rewarding due to the market value based on your hard work for your box mods from the train stations and the right roll. Is this game worth coming back to? I miss the terrible grind of things and the high of getting something nice.
