Where would you go for a Family Holiday with 3 young kids?

We are hoping to find some recommendations for a family holiday in 2027 for a family of five (the eldest will be five and a half, and the youngest will be two). We enjoyed our time at Centre Parcs this year, but it was a bit pricey. We are excited about the possibility of travelling abroad with the three children. Ideally, we would like a resort similar to Centre Parcs, with self-contained accommodation and, if possible, similar quality. TIA
