How to get started with self-cast fross?

Hello,

I was hoping to play self-cast fross, but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any guide for it updated for 3.28. The only guides I was able to find are for the coc version, which I am not interested in playing. I also tried looking through poeninja but it's difficult to tell which builds are legit since a lot of them seem to be using setups purely for inflating the dps number. I have around 500d + the pcoc fross gem to start the build. Any help/advice would be much appreciated, thanks!
