How Blizzard Should Tune The Game (Opinion)

I've been thinking about this and about everything everyone has said.

In my humble opinion, the best way to tune Diablo 4 is to make max level the baseline.

Once you hit max level and Paragon 300, all content regardless of build should be doable. That includes T12 Mephisto and up to Pit level 120.

The key is Pit 120. This way, people can still push for their Pit 150 clears, but they're going to have to work for them.

At that point, you're not fully min-maxed, but you're close. You've also had the opportunity to play your own build. By then, you've earned your rewards and earned your overpowered status.

Having a baseline makes it much easier to tune and balance everything. Of course, there will still be builds that outperform others, but this gives everyone a chance to experiment, mess around, and enjoy the game.
