Must do recommendations

Hello! I will be visiting your lovely city for work June 8-10. I am coming from Kansas which is right in the middle of the USA. This will be my first time in Sheffield and I was curious what recommendations the locals have for things to do or places to eat. Obviously I can Google lists, but I am more interested in going to places you would take your friends who may be visiting.
