In and Out Burger
I hear we are getting an IKEA in Simpsonville. Can Shelby County, Kentucky also sustain an In and Out Burger franchise?

We tried and failed with a Sonic a few years ago in Shelbyville. I think we'll have a huge swell in both sit-down and fast food restaurants thanks to Simpsonville's coming mall(s). It's gunna be great for the whole county.
