He won't leave me alone

I (21F) was in a relationship/situationship with my ex (26M) for less than a year. He was the one who decided to end things because he wanted to focus on working on himself and improving his mental health, while I focused on my social life and my studies since I'm only in my first year of college.

Looking back, I regret every second of that relationship. He was constantly complaining about everything. He was misdiagnosed with multiple things over the years, broke, had no car, no job, barely attended college, and spent most of his days lying in bed doing absolutely nothing while living off his parents. He smoked a pack a day but somehow never had money for even the smallest things when it came to me.

Fast forward to after the breakup. He simply won't leave me alone.

He constantly tries to contact me through social media, text messages, and phone calls. I have him blocked everywhere, but he always finds a way to reach me. At one point, we had agreed on a specific date for me to return some of his belongings. Despite that, he showed up unannounced at my apartment with his sister's boyfriend and started demanding his things back immediately. Mind you, I live alone, and the items in question were things he wasn't even using: an old laptop, a watch, and some clothes. We already had a date arranged, but he kept lying and insisting it had to happen right away.

In the meantime, I've moved on. I healed. I finished my semester with excellent grades and met an amazing guy who treats me incredibly well. He's kind, caring, gentle, and genuinely looks out for me and my feelings. We've been together for about three months now, and things are great.

Yesterday, my ex called me again.

Because he's blocked, I don't receive the calls themselves, only notifications that he tried to call. I told my current boyfriend about it, and he suggested I simply ask what he wanted. So I did.

He replied instantly, saying he just wanted to talk and that there were "no hard feelings." I told him he could text me because I wasn't interested in calling. He then replied:

"Just looking for someone to keep me company for 10 minutes. I'll pay you 50 bucks."

At that point, I was already annoyed. I sarcastically responded, "Money first, then maybe we can talk." He immediately started changing his story, saying he only had cash, then began spamming me with messages, double texting, and practically begging me to call him. All of this happened within about 20 minutes.

Eventually, my boyfriend called him.

That's when my ex told him that he wanted to kill himself and needed someone to talk to.

Here's what really bothers me: his sister is a psychologist. His father is a psychologist. His stepmother is also a psychologist. Out of all the people he could have reached out to, he decided to contact the ex-girlfriend he hadn't spoken to in a long time.

And this isn't the first time he's done something like this.

Ever since the breakup, he's repeatedly contacted me, harassed me, and tried to insert himself back into my life. His friends and family have contacted me on his behalf. He constantly portrays himself as the victim. I've blocked him everywhere, but somehow he always finds another way to reach either me or my family.

I'm honestly exhausted.

Am I being insensitive for feeling frustrated and angry at this point? I understand that mental health struggles are real, but I also feel like I'm being used as an emotional support system that I never agreed to be after the relationship ended.
