Is the game dangerous?

First of all please don’t attack me for being clueless, I understand very little from technology and I have never played or watched any gameplay of ddlc (even though I have seen some short clips and pictures on social media)

I am downloading the mobile version on my ipad, is this game a virus that would mess up my personal files and data? Because I know some characters interfere with the game files and I’m worried my own data might get stolen. Again pls don’t make fun of me for this

edit: Thank you for all of your answers ,you guys are such a sweet community ♥️🥹
