Is there a way to turn off the blue markers?

Enjoying the game but wondered if there is there a way to turn off the blue markers that basically give away pretty much everything you need to do? Blue pipes to climb. Blue cloth / blue metal sheets etc.

It makes it feel a bit A to B without any need for thinking.
