Can someone please explain the “leadership” part of the activities section to me?

I’ve been confused about this for a long time. So I have a leadership position in a nonprofit volunteer organization, obviously after volunteering with them for a while. I have another paid nonclinical job where I had a leadership position after working there for a while. I know it’s important to show leadership, and I want to get credit for having these positions—but would I list them as “community service” and “paid employment” or “leadership”? I’m already well over the 15 activities, so I can’t just split everything into two activities.
