Barely qualified every exam

Mains - 45XXX (might get IIIT circuital or lower NITs that too in CSAB, no hope in JoSAA)

Advanced- 147XX (most prolly will get lower IITs core branches or engineering physics)

BITSAT- 228 marks (mech/M.Sc in bits goa/hyd)

So its really wierd how I've ducked almost every exam that I could've, barely qualifying each one. Almost everyone i talk to says to take IIT but idk man, is it better than circuital branches at iiits/nits? What should be my best option according to you folks?
