So, I had an endoscopy on April and received the results in May, went to the Gastroenterologist and he said that I probably had Celiac due to Marsh 3b and that I should stop eating food with gluten.

  
Then I went get a second opinion from another Gastroenterologist and he asked me to do some blood exams, he said that I should be eating Gluten food before doing  it, I researched and saw that we need to eat gluten food for like 6-8 weeks, this is a long time eating food with gluten just to receive extra diagnosis... 

I thought, well I will just do the exam while being gluten free and if they come negative then I will do the gluten challenge and do the same exams again to make sure, this way I won't reintroduce gluten after being gluten free for a while.

Lo and behold, the exam came with a value superior to 12.8 times the amount that would be considered reagent / allergy. They won't even bother to measure beyond that.

  
I have been thinking and I might be eating food with cross contamination since people in my house eat food with gluten and I have eaten peanuts from a grocery store, I guess it is easy to get that food cross contaminated with gluten too...

But this was interesting.

Just did the exam for antibodies related to Gluten, I haven't eaten gluten since May 11th..
