Achievement "Goodbye Ghost" not unlocking

I have finished the game and unlocked all achievements except this one and the online ones, I'm playing on Xbox, I read that there was an issue with an online achievement but they fixed it, they fixed that but this one has been glitched?
I tried playing new game on another save didn't unlock, also i tried with another account with fresh gamesave and still no unlock.
Anyone has this issue also?
