Custom Dimension Generation Request [HIRING]

I'd like to create a custom dimension. It'd be essentially a mix of different existing dimensions, with no custom blocks, items, or mechanics, and should have increased hostile mobs from multiple dimensions, along with no passive mobs. Ore generation/frequency should also be according to spec, and ideally easily modified before the dimension is created.

It must be accessible via multiverse or worlds on a purpur server, currently running 1.21.11. The dimension will be pregenerated with chunky (or something similar), so the datapack will likely need to be removed before the dimension is imported into the production environment.

I've looked into creating this myself, but I think it's a bit above my paygrade.

Does anybody have any experience with this?
