Which set/stat breakpoints should I aim for with E0 and S1 Cipher LC

Title

My goal for 4.3 was the grab E1 Yao for my elation team but I was able to get her early so I tried my luck at Blade and fortunately got him too

However, I haven’t been keeping up with his beta phases so I have no clue how to build him lol

I assume main stats are Crit/Spd/HP%/ERR? Or will I need to swap to EHR body to meet the needs of Cipher LC?

Most builds I see out seem to be oriented to assuming he has his Sig, which I don’t so
