Increasing posture damage?

DS2 not only has poise damage but also posture damage. Posture is more relevant to big enemies that have 0 poise health and thus cant be staggered normally.

However I cant find any info on specific posture damage numbers and I dont know if there is any way to increase it. Anybody knows anything?
