I purchased credits with Paypal on Deepseek's official site, the money way pulled out of my bank account, but I was never provided with credits.

Purchased from here. Money way pulled out ~3 days ago, and it has been 4 days since purchase. Contacted Deepseek twice but no reply through their user ticket portal. Anyone else with similar experience?
