Retail game no won’t load

I am currently on firmware 11.0 and using goldenhen. I have a purchased game that will not run, even if I don’t use goldenhen. It says it needs to connect to Internet but in order to do so, the system firmware needs to be the latest. This is not an online game but a single player game.

Why is it doing this and how do I fix this?
