VIP tickets - Boompala vs Celebration? + Soundcheck and cost?

Hi! I missed membership for the presale, so I'll be buying tickets when general sale starts for Berlin - I heard there's two VIP types of tickets, whats the difference? Also is it with soundcheck ? Im sorry, I will be my first kpop concert! But I want the best tickets possible. Also whats the money range?
