Stem OPT i983: 12 month evaluation

I am on STEM OPT and changed employers in April 26. I submitted the final evaluation section with my old employer and submitted a new form with my new employer during this move.

My 12 month evaluation is coming up in June 2026. Do I need to re submit the self evaluation 12 month section? I would’ve been at the new company for just about a month.

DSO says it’s not required but different universities suggest different things based on what I can see online. Anybody who’s been in this situation before?
