Random scene from a show

Hey everyone. I had a fleeting memory yesterday about a throwaway scene but can't seem to remember exactly where it's from.

In the scene, I believe, a teenage boy is talking to a teenage girl. He is encouraging her to sing when she is saying she can't. The girl then starts singing 🎵 The loooooove boat 🎵 in a ridiculously deep voice.

In my head I am seeing Saved by the Bell.

Probably mid 90s show.

Any ideas?
