My 20 month old got tubes in and adenoids taken out last Tuesday. She has had a low grade fever every day since her surgery. They say this with the runny nose and bad breath is normal. A week of a fever is concerning to me and breaks my mama heart! I called the nurse line from the surgery center just to get reassurance and they said odds are she picked up a virus the same time she is recovering. Today her temp was 102. Anyone experience this when your LO got this procedure done? Calling her pediatrician today just to get more reassurance. I’m worried she’s fighting an infection her body can’t fight on its own at this point :(
