Pokemon Center Order

Anyone elses Pokémon center order deemed "undeliverable"? I finally land a drop and for some reason it gets stuck at fedex's delivery center for weeks, then updated today that it can't be delivered. Been trying to contact PC with no luck. Pretty frustrating since they took my money & wont respond. I'd hate to chargeback and get IP banned but I dont see much of a choice at this point.
