How does one go about reporting a child or daycare center anonymously?

There is one child who has been acting out, and while I say acting out I don’t mean the usual tantrum. I mean hitting teachers with large objects, locking themselves in bathrooms, bitting, talking about guns, and making actual weapons and displaying how they’d use send items.
I’ve talked to administrators and they haven’t done anything to help the teachers or other kids around.
I kind of want to go around the daycare and anonymously report it to the higher ups so that potentially something can be done

I already feel bad doing this but I also have to think about the safety of mine and other children
