Is there a good place to ask questions on the Presonus 16R Digitial Mixer and Presonus HP60 Headphone amp?

We got a pair and a power condiitoner in our studio for IEM but I'm struggling to get it to run right. Everything is plugged into the 16R, and the 16R is plugged into the headphone amp. I have to have everything cranked almost to the max in order to hear anything. Still learning this so I got plenty of questions.
