Can’t send messages.

Got a notification on my other account telling me to reset my password. I did so and now I cant use the account. I’ve submitted for three weeks trying to get someone to help. No response. I’ve sent in account help through their support page. Nothing. Please help me figure this out. I’ve had that account for 6 years and don’t want to lose it
