Title: My experience trying a vacuum pump for ED
Figured I’d share my experience in case it helps anyone else who’s been looking into non-medication options for ED.
I started using a vacuum erection device a while back after doing penis enlargement for a while. Because of the stress I added from that my eq went down quite a bit. So I decided to try something different.
The process is pretty straightforward: you use the pump to create suction, which draws blood into the penis
The routine that’s helped me the most is Something called milking.
You start with a static pumping set for 5 minutes @6inhg then after that static set you do rapid sets of 6sec at pressure then release for 3sec and you do this for 5 minutes. And repeat these another two times. It works best if you have an automatic pump that you see in the PE subreddits. Like the elite pump pro or SmartTract. (Which I’m an affiliate for but this device is truly great. It’s helped more than a cheap Amazon pump.)
For me, it definitely worked mechanically—I could get a firmer erection than I sometimes can on my own and my morning wood came back
It hasn’t been a “fix” for anything, but I can see why some people use it as part of a routine or as a backup option. I don’t use it every time, more just occasionally depending on the situation.
