Negative uti result update

Hi all! Yesterday I posted about the results I got at the doctors, and some ways you guys help relieve some symptoms. Not too long after I made the post my doctor called me back for a second test, saying uti bacteria was not found but another was. I’m extremely nervous. I’ve never been to the doctor for a real issue and my mind has been trying to search for answers on its own. How can I help relieve some of my anxiety?
