***Hello everyone!***

I’m running a pilot study for a research project on how people interpret government decisions when information is incomplete or ambiguous. You’ll read a short scenario about a federal agency delaying a report and then answer questions about how you make sense of the situation as new information is revealed. The survey takes about 10-15 minutes, is fully anonymous, and is open to anyone 18 or older in the U.S. with at least basic familiarity with U.S. politics. There are no right or wrong answers; I’m studying how people reason, not what they believe.

As a thank‑you, all participants who enter their email will be entered into a raffle for a $20 Amazon gift card.

If someone completes the survey using your referral, your entry is doubled.

To ensure a fair and transparent process, all responses will be manually reviewed for indicators of invalidity, including (but not limited to) AI‑generated content, spam, or non‑engaging responses.

🏛 If you’re curious about how you process institutional ambiguity, I would really appreciate your participation. 🏛

Since this is a pilot, any feedback about clarity, flow, or anything that felt confusing is welcome but completely optional.

Thanks so much for your time and help.

[Do mine and I’ll do yours] Do you assume the government acts in good faith or bad faith? (15 min, 18+ U.S., $20 raffle included)
