Just had my clutch replaced and now the front tires are rubbing when turning sharp

As the title states. I had a bad throw out bearing in my clutch. Took it to a mechanic and had a new clutch kit installed. I got my car back yesterday and noticed when I got home that the tires are rubbing when I turned my wheel all the way in either direction. What would be the cause of this? Is the alignment out or is it the suspension or something else?

It was the first time going to this mechanic and will be the last time. He had my car for 3 weeks when the job should have taken 2-3 days (according to him)

Car is a 2017 subaru impreza base model, manual transmission
