Should I remove her from social media, delete our photos, and go no contact after our final goodbye?

Mental Health Advice

I’m 26M and going through the hardest period of my life.
I was in a relationship with a girl I love deeply. Due to circumstances and mistakes on my side, our future together became uncertain.
About three weeks ago her parents introduced her to a guy through an arranged marriage setup. She believes her parents would never agree to a love marriage, and the guy and his family is nice, so she has decided to seriously consider this path.
The reality is that I still love her and I’m struggling to let go.
I keep checking whether she’s online, wondering if she’s talking to him, imagining them together, and replaying everything I could have done differently. It’s affecting my mental health.
We’re meeting one final time soon for 1-2 days, which will likely be our goodbye before we move on with our lives.

I need honest advice from people who have been through something similar:

  1. Should I remove or mute her from social media so I stop seeing updates that trigger me?
  2. What should I do with our chats and messages?
  3. What should I do with the gifts she gave me?
  4. What should I do with our photos and videos together?
  5. After this final meeting, would complete no contact be the healthiest option?

I’ve even been thinking about shaving my head after our final goodbye as a personal way of marking the end of this chapter and forcing myself to accept reality.

For people who have lost someone they genuinely thought they would spend their life with, what helped you heal?
