Anybody experiencing stutters while looting the further the game progresses?

Just came back to the game this year and tried the official modding system on PC for the very first time. Found most of my favorite mods to enable and started playing the game. The experience had been nice... up to the certain point.

Just before the story progresses to Winter season, the game starts stutter quite noticeably when I try to pick up loots. This doesn't look like something graphics-related, since the game didn't even stutter during fights (where tons of actions and special effects is happening all over the screen). The stutter specifically happens just when my character is picking up loots.

The only place mentioning this problem (that I found so far) was this steam forum post, which its first post mentioning this problem as early as 2023. Does this problem still occur to anybody else in 2026? If so, do you have a remedy on this? The last comment in that post mentioned about mods, but it's not practical for me to just start a new game w/o mods, not to mention how worse the experience would be with all the mods disabled.
