I got a shiny?

Guys, I was completing the daily Aquatic Realm quest on my private server, and I came across that big whale that spawns in Kelp Forest, near that skeleton, and I noticed it looked a little different from the times I've seen it before.

Could it be shiny? Joking aside, is it normal for it to appear like this? Has anyone else seen it like this?
