How do you manage glp1 with vyvanse?

Taking 30 mg vyvanse and tirzepatide and i have zero hunger and constantly throwing up. I also get amot of anxiety towards the end of the day. Whats causing this? Vyvanse or glp1? Im frustrated because its helping ne lose weight but im also weak cant workout would probably faint if i run and im constantly sick
