What kinda PC is required for stable, strictly solo and 1080p gaming in PoE2?

I wanna build a PC just for PoE2, nothing else. Strictly solo gameplay (all kinds of builds). What kinda PC is required for stable 1080p gameplay? I’m set on 7800x3d. Would a 9060xt 16gb version suffice? I don’t mind using upscaling techs for better or stable performance.

If you have this combo, please let me know how the game runs.

Thanks.
