The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has opened a small but targeted recruitment for 24 Assistant Sub-Inspector posts in three paramedical trades. With only 18 pharmacists, 1 X-Ray Technician and 5 Lab Technicians vacancies, this is not a mass recruitment. It suits qualified diploma holders who want a central armed police force job with Level-5 pay and NPS pension benefits.

The notification appeared in the Employment News issue dated 6–12 June 2026. Online applications open on 8 June 2026 and close on 7 July 2026. Selected candidates will serve anywhere in India or abroad as per CISF deployment needs. Both male and female candidates are eligible.

This recruitment gives diploma holders in Pharmacy, Radiography or Medical Lab Technology a direct entry route into a uniformed central force without going through SSC or state health service exams. Candidates who clear the written exam, physical standards, practical test and medical examination will join as ASI in the paramedical cadre.
