5 Months of PE at 51 Years Old – My Routine and Results So Far
I started PE about 5 months ago and thought I'd share my experience because reading progress reports helped me a lot when I started.
Age: 51
Starting measurements: 6.3" BPEL × 5.5" EG
Current measurements: approximately 6.5" BPEL × 5.6" EG
I recently re-measured under the same conditions as my baseline (Viagra and maximum erection quality), so erectile quality should not be a major variable. I'll recheck again in a few months to see if the gains hold.
Routine
Manual Stretching
- Around 40 minutes total per day
- Very relaxed approach
- I usually sit on the couch watching TV
- Start with light tension
- As the tissue relaxes, I gradually increase the stretch
- If I feel resistance, fatigue, or tissue stress, I back off and wait for it to relax again
- No pain, no aggressive pulling, no "no pain no gain" mentality
Pumping
- 4 sets of 5 minutes
- Usually start around 5-7 inHg
- Spend most of the session around 5 inHg
- If I ever feel excessive internal pressure, I immediately reduce vacuum
- Focus is expansion, not maximum pressure
What I've noticed
The biggest changes have actually not been the measurements.
- Flaccid hang is noticeably better
- More vascularity
- Less shrinkage
- Feels heavier and fuller throughout the day
- Erections are stronger
- Pumping response is much faster than when I started
Interestingly, if I hadn't measured, I probably wouldn't have noticed the size changes yet. The functional improvements have been much more obvious than the tape measure.
Hanging
I also experimented with a MaleHanger.
Honestly, I didn't like it.
The issue wasn't the traction itself but the compression:
- Wrapping is annoying
- Compression discomfort starts almost immediately
- Leaves me sore
- Mentally and physically much more demanding than manual stretching
For now I've gone back to focusing mainly on manual stretching and pumping.
Question
Has anyone else made decent long-term gains using mostly manual stretching and pumping, without relying heavily on hanging or extenders?
I'd be especially interested in hearing from guys who started in their late 40s or 50s.
