Witching hour 8-11pm?

Is there such a thing? Our 6 week old cries no matter what during this window. Sleeps well during the day.

Very fussy and cries non stop during this window even offered with breast and all sorts of comfort methods.

I think my wife would just give up EBF and mix with formulas from today I reckon. She just couldn’t have more than 2 hours proper sleep with this sensitive baby.
