Question:
So, I'm currently on Mint mobile, and to be honest, my service with them has been awful. I spend literally half of my time with no signal or weak signal, while their coverage map says I should be in 5g coverage zones. On top of that, when I do have "service", even on 5g, texts are extremely slow to send, and internet is unusable. If it wasn't for wifi, I would almost never have signal at home.
My question is, does anyone here have experience with US Mobile's coverage in any of the suburban or rural areas to the north of Houston, TX, and if so, is the actual, usable service in those areas any good? I really don't want to make the switch to USM and end up with equally bad service.
If it helps, I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S21FE purchased from Verizon when I was with them.
EDIT: Thanks for all of the input from everyone! And thank you for the quick (and actually helpful) response from the USM support team. That's another thing that's making me seriously consider switching.
